Crème of Pumpkin Soup

Sweet jap pumpkin soup cooked slowly and finished with nutmeg and fresh cream. Served with a fresh bread roll

 

Seafood Cocktail

Plump prawns and assorted seafood mixed through a tart cocktail sauce. Served with lemon and a king prawn

 

Mains

 

Roast Turkey and Ham

Old Christmas fair served with seasonal vegetables and all the trimmings

 

Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon

Fresh Atlantic Salmon farmed in south western Tasmania grilled and served upon seasonal vegetable and topped with tomato relish

 

Dessert

 

Plum Pudding

The old favourite, steamed and covered with custard and strawberries

 

Passionfruit Pavlova

Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Topped with whipped cream, strawberries and Passionfruit
